The Georgetown Sertoma Club has provided College Scholarships to GISD High School Seniors for over 25 years. The result is approximately $250,000 in scholarships for over 200 students from all three schools.
Monies raised from community sponsored events provide the funding. Students submit Scholarship applications to the Sertoma Scholarship Committee for evaluation based on the criteria listed in the application. These Scholarships are then presented at our annual awards ceremony to these deserving High School seniors.
